PitchThis are expanding within Australian and the UK. We are seeking additional bid writers and coordinators, with roles available in every state in Australia and throughout the UK.

Bid Writers

Are you passionate about bid writing? Do you have a knack for simplifying complex information into more palatable content?

PitchThis are looking for casual and part time Bid Writers to join our growing team. Bid Writers will be responsible for written content for tenders, bids, business proposals and corporate documentation on behalf of clients, in accordance with our in-house methodology and procedures. The successful candidate will take responsibility for writing, editing, coaching and interviewing SMEs to develop content for client bids, across a range of industries and scopes.

Bid Managers

Are you passionate about bids and winning work? Do you have a knack for managing stakeholders and keeping projects on time?

PitchThis are looking for Bid Managers to join our growing team. Bid Managers will be responsible for managing client accounts, liaising with key stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and driving client win themes, solutions and bid strategies. Successful candidates will manage client bids and retainer accounts on behalf of PitchThis, in accordance with our in-house methodology and procedures. Bid Managers will need to be highly organised and experienced at managing bids for contracts valued $10m plus.

Bid Coordinators

Are you detail oriented and a bit creative? Do you enjoy systemising processes? Do you have a knack for creating templates and diagrams?

PitchThis are looking for casual and part time Bid Coordinators to join our growing team. Bid Coordinators will be responsible for all design and layout elements of tenders, bids, business proposals and corporate documentation on behalf of clients. The successful candidate will take responsibility for administration, template design and management, portal search and management, appendices, referencing and submission of all PitchThis client bids.
